1. *General Policy*
- All hydraulic hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters purchased from our store are considered *non-refundable*.
- Once a hydraulic hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters have been sold, it cannot be returned for a refund.
2. *Exceptions*
- We understand that there may be exceptional cases. If you encounter any issues with the hydraulic hose, please contact our customer service within *30 days* of receiving the product.
- Exceptions may include:
- *Defective hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters *: If the hydraulic hose is found to be defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it with a new one.
- *Incorrect Orders*: If you received the wrong hydraulic hose due to an error on our part, we will exchange it for the correct one.
3. *Conditions for Returns*
- To be eligible for an exception, the hydraulic hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters must meet the following conditions:
- It must be in *completely new condition*, free from any oil, dirt, or signs of wear.
- The return request must be made within *5 business days* of receiving the product.
- The original packaging and seals must be intact.
4. *Return Process*
- If you believe your hydraulic hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters qualifie for an exception, please follow these steps:
1. *Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our customer service team to initiate the return process. You will be provided with a **Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number*.
2. *Package the Hose*: Pack the hydraulic hose securely, ensuring that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
3. *Freight Prepaid: Send the package back to the designated return address **freight prepaid*.
4. *Inspection*: Upon receiving the returned hose, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the conditions outlined above.
5. *Resolution*: Depending on the situation, we will either replace the hose or provide an appropriate solution.
5. *Additional Notes*
- *Freight costs* associated with returning the hydraulic hose are the responsibility of the customer.
- Hydraulic hoses, hose fittings and hose adapters returned after *30 days* are subject to a *15% restocking fee*.
- No returns will be accepted after *15 days*.
